### CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Mustard Seed Faith & Co., we offer premium, custom print-on-demand streetwear apparel. Because each garment is printed dynamically upon your order in partnership with our manufacturing provider, Qikink, we operate under explicit return and cancellation frameworks.

■ ORDER CANCELLATIONS
• You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing it. 
• Once an order has entered production or has been processed by our printing partner, cancellations cannot be accepted. 

■ RETURNS & EXCHANGES ELIGIBILITY
• We offer a 7-day Return and Exchange window from the date of delivery for defective, misprinted, or physically damaged items.
• Sizing Discrepancies: Sizing errors made during customer selection are not eligible for automated free returns. Please consult our Size Charts explicitly before purchasing. A standard manufacturing tolerance of ±0.5 inches applies to all streetwear patterns.
• To be eligible, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and retain its original structural packaging and tags.

■ MANDATORY UNBOXING PROOF
• To process a claim for a defective, damaged, or completely incorrect item, customers MUST provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the defect. 
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video or placed after 7 days from delivery cannot be fulfilled as per factory verification protocols.

■ REFUND TIMELINES (POWERED BY RAZORPAY)
• Once your return validation is approved following product inspection, the corresponding refund will be processed.
• All monetary refunds are automatically routed back to the customer's original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, NetBanking) via the Razorpay payment gateway.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the reversed funds to reflect in your bank account or card balance, depending on your banking institution's standard processing cycles.
